You do not need a special camera. Film in good light, hold the phone vertically, keep the subject steady and record clear speech or useful ambient sound. Leave space around the subject so captions and platform controls do not cover important details.
Please film while parked or have a passenger record the route. Do not film while driving. Get suitable permission before showing passengers, children, faces, licence plates, booking details, flight information, locations or phone numbers in a public video.
A final frame can show your business name and the next action, such as calling, sending a WhatsApp message, emailing or requesting a quote through your own public contact channel. Keep service claims accurate. Words such as “safest,” “always on time,” “fully licensed,” “cheapest” or “guaranteed” need proper support and careful wording under Jamaica’s advertising rules. For YouTube Shorts, YouTube says Shorts can be square or vertical videos up to three minutes. A phone is enough to record, edit and upload a Short, and the same main footage can be adapted for this platform.
Google Business Profile has a shorter limit. Google says Business Profile videos can be up to 30 seconds, up to 75 MB and 720p or higher. We can prepare a separate short version that shows the service clearly. Google says uploaded media may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after review.
Platform rules can change, so check the current upload screen before publishing. We keep the important information in captions and text as well as video, so a visitor can understand the service without sound.
